Do NOT use these patches on heat-sensitive materials, this includes Rainwear, Rayon, Nylon, Velvet, Acrylic or Vinyl. If you aren't sure about a material, we recommend testing the iron on a hidden seam. You may also sew on, bypassing this step altogether. We highly recommend to Sew On instead of Ironing on for all materials as this ensures the patch will not come off (A simple back-stitch takes 5 minutes to learn and makes for an extremely long lasting patch!). This patch's adhesive is good for 10-15 Washes (The Patch will still be perfectly fine! but the adhesive does eventually wear down). Text Guide
Spread your piece of clothing making sure its flat and straight.
(Optional) If your Patch has a backing, make sure to peel it off. We use a white 3M Backing Layer with some of our patches.
Place the Patch exactly where you want it. Make sure to double check as theres no going back!
Cover the Patch with a thin piece of Cloth or Parchment Paper.
Set your Iron to the highest temperature your clothing supports and let it heat up. (Usually found on the items tag)
Move the Iron back and forth over your Patch applying even pressure, do this for 30-60 seconds. (Don't miss the edges!)
Turn your item of clothing over and proceed to iron the Patch from the reverse-side, do this for 15-45 seconds.
Wait a few minutes to let the adhesive set and then enjoy your new Patch!
